Fast service, good energy, all creamery in stock. The store was quiet and clean. I have allowed them to create my favorite ice cream for over 25 years
I was in the area and decided to drop by for some ice cream and use my gift cards. The staff working was nice enough to check my gift cards to make sure I had sufficient funds. I ordered the Cheesecake Fantasy and the Birthday Cake Remix. These two were part of their signature creation. I originally wanted to build my own, but they did not have yellow cake or golden Oreos available, which I was disappointed about. The staff member began creating my order and was training someone. As he was making my order, he needed to stop and help her ring me up. By the time I got my ice cream it was melted... That was disappointing. I did take it home and placed into the freezer to harden. I will be back to get more ice cream. I just hope they have items in stock to meet my cravings.
Took the family to get ice cream since it's pretty warm out. Great service. The guy working behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be coming back.
No one really needs a review of Cold Stone. You either know this shit is delicious or you're a psychopath and that's just the way the cookie crumbled, nothing to be done about it now. I am here today to say to the management here, please gets spoons strong enough to actually eat your ice cream with. It's infuriating. Please stop trying to save $0.001 by making it so that I cannot eat your ice cream in the store and must take it home. Sometimes I'm out and about and would like to just pop in while I kill 20 minutes, and you're making it difficult. I believe in you. You can make a change for the better in this world. You can do it with spoons.
